Heal Your Hernia

How to heal without surgery

Many folks ask me what salt should they use with SHP; which salt is best? I can only speak from experience and what is available in the USA. My friends overseas & even in South America I think, will have a different experience, as we don’t all have the same salt available. Evidently, there are many restrictions on salt in each country or region.  Who could have guessed?

From what I understand, some countries do not even allow salt that is not processed with iodine filler. Even here in the USA, it’s difficult to find good salt, most of them have toxins added, and from what I have found, the supermarkets all carry toxic salt.

The corporate salt manufacturers, who are allowed to display their products in American grocery stores, all add some sort of toxic element that is toxic in our bloodstream. Quality salt can be difficult to find.

When I started the SHP in August of 2023, I was unsure what salt to get! Darko tells us to find the unrefined sea salt. I heard somewhere that the Celtic salt was best, but nobody in town had it in stock, and even was sold out on the web site shops. Eventually I picked up a 1 pound box of Kosher Sea Salt at my local health food store, and figured I’d start with that, I was soooo eager to get started and didn’t want to use the Pink Himalayan salt that I had in my cupboard, as Darko had warned me about that.

I was getting results with the Kosher Sea salt from the sprouts health food store, because the hernia started getting better that second month, and even the first month that I wasn’t strict on SHP, but flushing everyday, I was feeling some pain relief.

Eventually I found the BajaGold salt, I think I saw Darko mention it somewhere, and now I just get my salt from BajaGold, order it online, they ship it to my house. The salt comes from the sea of Cortez in Mexico. I really love the Baja Gold, I drink it everyday!

I used to drink coffee everyday. Now I drink plasma first thing in the morning. It’s the first thing I do everyday, drink my morning plasma to give me energy for the day! It also cleans my blood and cells.

I don’t flush daily anymore like I did the first year. Now I only flush about 2-3 days a week, but I know if I truly want to heal my remaining joint pains, I’ll need to flush again daily for awhile, many months, it might take years.

Typically I’ll drink that morning plasma, it’s 10-12 ounces that glass, put in a heaping teaspoon of BajaGold salt (10-12 grams), if I’m flushing that day I go big! Then I stir it up with a tall spoon until the salt dissolves, and then drink it down really quick.

Now I have to admit, it can be tough to get that first glass down, because it’s super salty, and there can be days when it gives me the shivers at the end of the glass. Somedays are easier than others for some reason. If I make it super duper salty (15 grams per liter or more), I notice an immediate detox effect, often I’ll go lay down afterwards to just chill. I guess it depends on the day and how toxic I am.

These days that feeling of detox goes right away, doesn’t last long, but back in the day when the hernia was closing up, the detox might last all day long! There certainly were some tough days, and I think there may still be many tough days ahead.

I also use a water distiller so I add the BajaGold to pure clean water to drink. I think the Sea Salt added the perfect balance of minerals that our body needs.

It’s challenging for me to stay on SHP every day, but I’m working on it. I have come to discover there is always better health on the other side of the detox symptoms.

My good friend John Shore, who also practices SHP, recommends this salt for all you UK and European folks, who can’t get BajaGold shipped to them, uses TradySel at the moment, but if you know someone looking for 1kg amounts TKMaxx / HomeSense sells it for £3.99 a kilo for a good Sel Grandeau.

Hey Mark, good to get this information out there… The sea salt in TK Maxx is in a white tube ~10cm diameter, 18cm tall.. the writing and picture is black on the white tube package. Text is “SEL DE GUÉRANDE” and under that “Gros sel gris” …this is sea salt from http://www.ericbur.fr it is Celtic Sea salt.. it is inexpensive at £3.99 a kilo. John Shore

I’m 67, with an inguinal hernia I discovered about six weeks ago.

I have some Redmond salt in the cabinet already, would that be ok to use starting out?

Yes, I think the Redmond salt is an OK substitute in a pinch. However, I would order some BajaGold or Celtic Sea salt for the long haul. Baja Gold is my current favorite, its what I was/am still using, and I drink the saltwater every day.

Now, it’s not going to be an easy journey, but you can do it! I am confident, if you stay strict to the SHP, the hernia will hydrate and close up. Be patient, it will take several months at least.

        hanks for the quick reply.

I used to slow cures. I found a natural cure for my Actinic (Solar) Keratosis. I was tired of going to the dermatologist constantly for a few sprays of liquid nitrogen that never fixed the problem. The last visit they wanted to prescribe an off-label cancer cream. I never went back.

A tincture made from eggplant and apple cider vinegar has cured about 90% of the problem although its been almost four months. Instead of scaly patchs of skin I have all new skin on my scalp.

I went ahead and ordered one pound of the salt you recommended. Cheaper than paying a co-pay to the people who wear “butcher coats”. 🙂
