It’s not just the hernia we need to worry about! You see, the thing is if we are dehydrated enough to have a friggin’ hernia, then we are gonna have all kinds of other health issues too.
As Darko suggests, right before the hernia develops, we will be highly susceptible to dislocated joints. Our joints will be dehydrated too. It’s just basic logic. Dehydrated cells are weak and brittle, hydrated cells are supple and strong!
My dislocated ankle 3 months before the hernia should have been a sign for me, but the truth is, I had no idea I had not discovered Darko’s work yet. And right before my dislocated ankle was an elbow injury in Jiu Jitsu class a month before that. I also had a really stiff neck and back, plus my elbows and wrists had their own issues and pains. Heck, I started getting injuries 20 years before the hernia developed.
Darko also suggests people who have hernias will be low energy. Our cells are dehydrated and toxic and will lack the voltage of healthy and hydrated cells. Low cellular voltage results in low energy. I finally had to admit it to myself, I was low energy back when the hernia was raging. It took me some courage to admit it; I had been low energy for years! To this day I’ll find myself low energy if I’m not eating right. The more toxic our cells, the lower our voltage, more common sense and logic.
If you think about it, I think you will see it is true. Dehydration causes a whole host of health issues. Dehydrated joints cause arthritis, dislocation, I’ll suggest even bone/cartlidge spurs and even joint replacements. Dehydrated blood vessels cause aneurysms, and eventually strokes. Dehydrated heart is going to eventually lead to heart attack. Dehydrated bones is known as osteoporosis. Dehydrated lungs is called COPD! Dehydrated nerves is called Parkinson’s, the list goes on.
As it turns out disease is a bunch of BS, doesn’t exist, just another government psyop. It’s toxicity and dehydration we need to worry about. Disease literally does NOT exist, it’s just levels of toxicity and cellular hydration we have, each of us have differing levels and symptoms. It’s the elephant in the room.
By the time I developed the hernia back in January of 2021, like I said earlier, I was recovering still from a dislocated elbow and ankle from late in 2020. I was also nursing neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist injuries, which had been bothering me to varyimg levels for the previous 20 years, started in my early 40’s, right before my son, Jack was born.
Now that I have the hernia all healed up, so too are my other injuries on the mend. My neck is still stiff, but nothing like it was. My wrist pains have significantly decreased too. My elbow injury is completely gone. The wart on my thumb is almost dissolved, as is the cyst on my wrist. The lump in my esophagus seems to be gone, as well, so I can swallow my food normally again.
I think I may have had cancers all over my body, and was getting close to having a stroke or heart attack too. Before I discovered the SHP, I was getting cramps in my chest fairly regularly. Most likely, I had hernias developing all over my body, blood vessels, heart and all my other organs. I definitely had IBS too, severe butt itch, for years! All those symptoms are gone, now that I’m healed, now my cells are hydrated again. The SHP worked some magic on me.
I imagine now all those issues have healed, for the most part, although I still have some hydrating to do, 2 years now into SHP. I’m also not as strict as I should be, occasionally I’ll consume some plant toxin, maybe a coffee or herb, maybe a cooked vegetable now and then. Let’s face it, consuming plant toxins can be fun!
After a little plant consumption binge, I like to fast at least 72 hours, to kick my metabolism back into a fat burning gear. Our bodies were meant to burn fat, not sugar, I am sure. This is the conclusion I have come to over the past few years. As Darko points out, our bodies have a large fat storage, not a sugar storage tank. Was God so stupid to forget to give us a fuel storage tank? I think not, our bodies were designed perfect.
A little plant consumption is ok, all I’m saying is we shouldn’t make it a habit, because our bodies were meant to burn fat, not glucose, not sugar. Sugar burning bodies will eventually dehydrate and become toxic. That’s the logic I see. It might take some decades, like it did with me. In my 40s the injuries started, the symptoms began. In my 50s the injuries spread throughout my body and eventually became debilitating with the hernia as I neared 60 years old. It was all related to hydration. I ate mostly plant based for most my adult life.
Thank God I discovered Darko and got my health back. He taught me how to hydrate and cleanse on the cellular level. It was a game changer. It could be a game changer for you too, if you find yourself in a similar situation. The SHP certainly the best nutrition routine.
