Heal Your Hernia

How to heal without surgery

  • 20 years have passed since I got my first real injury, at age 42, when I hurt my neck wrestling. At the time, I thought it was just my neck that was injured, but how wrong I was. As it turns out, I had health issues brewing all over my body, the neck injury was just the first symptom showing up.

After my neck, it spread to my shoulders, elbows and wrists, just a few years later. By the time I was 50, my body basically hurt all over, it hurt to move. Then when I got to 57, I got my first hernia, lifting a large dog.

For those who have never experienced a hernia, I hope you never do. It felt like my body was ripping in half, was debilitating, stopped me from working out, for awhile I was afraid of any activity. Just basic subsistence activities like cooking meals and cleaning the house was a major source of stress.

I’m suggesting that most illnesses and injuries are a result of cellular dehydration and toxicity. The only real exception is blunt force trauma (car accidents/sports injuries), and even those, the injury so often occurs at the point of the body’s weakness.

The exercise or activity isn’t CAUSING the injury, it’s exposing it!

I was able to heal my severe inguinal hernia through proper hydration, by removing all the toxins from my diet, including stopping the coffee. Blood tests won’t tell us if our cells are hydrated and I wonder why hardly anyone is talking about this. Carnivore alone is incomplete without proper hydration and cellular cleansing.

Hernia surgery in no way deals with the underlying cause of the issue, dehydration of the muscle cells.

I’ll suggest that folks look into The Self Healer’s Protocol , if they truly want to heal from the hernia naturally, and not have it be reoccurring. This involves eating carnivore and drinking a large quantity of sea salt dissolved in water. ✌️❤️

This goes for all other injuries too, regarding those:

When we become injured was it a result of the act that caused the trauma, or was it the weakened state of the body that allowed the injury to occur?

A well hydrated body that has a full electric charge will be strong and supple. On the flip side, a dehydrated body, with weak voltage, is brittle and will become injured more easily.

  • Steve: I’d really love to know how you cured your hernia. How bad it was, how close you stuck to the protocol, for example how much salt, how raw your diet/meat was and how long it took. If you didn’t mind. Did you have to keep pushing it in until it stuck. I have one/two one on the way and am hoping to cure 🙏🏻

Mark: Hey Steve, i cured it with the SHP over a 5 month time span starting in August of 2023. The first month i wasn’t very strict though and didn’t make much progress. It wasn’t until i got strict during September that progress was made. I did notice relief right away. So in reality it took me 4 months of being strict. Also i used the Bob Beck blood electrifier, which might have helped. By the end of December 2023, the hernia was completely closed.

I was using 9-10 grams of sea salt per liter in those early months of healing, slowly i worked up to 12-15 grams per liter, but thats about all i could stomach, plus i was having loads of detox issues so i just couldn’t go too strong, because the stronger i drank it, the more the detox kicked in, and there were days when the detox was brutal. I was drinking 3-4 liters a day.

Regarding the meat, i just cant eat it totally raw, so i definitely cook my meats, however i do leave it raw in the middle. When i go to restaurants i order rare.

Yes, i had to push it those first 5 months, and then i was even strict for the next few months after that. Then i started having issues again in March of last year, when i started cheating alot. I got cocky and started going off the diet more often. At first there were no problems but then i started noticing issues again. So now my biggest hurdle is staying strict with the SHP. Sometimes i just enjoy those plant toxins i guess 😂

I do notice on the weeks i am strict there are no issues, but if I introduce plant toxins too much, i can certainly feel the pressure of the hernia again. It’s been a fascinating journey for sure…

Instead of writing the book, i decided to make a web site. Cheers and I’ll be curious how your own healing journey goes.

Steve: Thanks for this Mark Tracey Appreciate the detailed post. I really need to lock in! I’m not looking forward to the detox symptoms as I know I’m super toxic. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for the website link

Mark: you bet, I did use a water ozonator to help with the detox, I got the one from SOTA, it wasn’t cheap. Perhaps it made the detox easier, but honestly it was tough to tell for sure.

I will mention other ailments for sure I appreciate the feedback. You can do it! Cheers.

P.S. I forgot to mention, the hernia was getting really bad before I started the SHP, it was growing daily it felt, and I was afraid to do any sort of exercise, fear the hernia was going to get strangled soon.

I had a friend who had hernia surgery and he kinda put the fear of God in me, because I didn’t want to be sucked into the medical system like him, and I think I was close. I was honestly getting desperate for a cure. And then that one morning I found Darko’s video somehow. It literally has changed my life, and I’m back to snowboarding now! I’m so thankful for Darko, maybe I’m his biggest fan!

  • It took me 5 months of practicing Darko’s “Self Healer’s Protocol” (SHP) for the hernia to close up. I probably could have done it in 4 months, because I cheated a lot on the SHP the first month of August, 2023. It wasn’t until the second month that I got really strict and took Darko’s advice and quit smoking pot.

Each month I noticed big improvements as I practiced strict SHP. And I have to say it was not easy, was actually quite rough on many days, as the detox symptoms set in. The headaches were tough, as was the low energy. Somedays I would get cold sweats, and felt flu like symptoms even.

Thankfully Darko warned me of the detox, so I was expecting it. It helped me power through as my cells started hydrating and cleansing the old toxins out, into my bloodstream.

The month of September was rather rough as the detox symptoms really set in. I just powered through it, although it wasn’t easy to do. Eventually the detox symptoms subsided into October, and November where life was much better. The hernia was popping out less and less.

By December of 2023, the hernia had fully closed and I noticed many other improvements in my health. My tennis elbow injury was gone. The wart on my thumb was much smaller and almost gone. I had that wart for about 40 years! I think I had been dehydrated for that long! I also noticed I could swallow my food much easier. In addition my neck injury of 20 years was dramatically improved, and my wrists hurt a lot less, carpal tunnel issues better!

I knew Darko was on the something, his SHP actually worked! I could avoid the doctors now and not schedule any surgery.

  • Everything is Upside Down

Welcome to the Heal Your Hernia web site! My name is Mark Tracey and this is my health journey. I invite you to read along, or ignore it, or take the next step in your own healing journey.

By no means is this any medical advice, it’s just my understanding of the world, the American Medical System, and my personal opinions. I invite you to please join me in the discussions.

Now from what I can see, everything is upside down in this world. Nutrition makes us sick. Education dumbs us down. Justice is biased for the wealthy. Life is not what they teach us in school; it’s actually quite the opposite. Mainstream news is propaganda, and the medical doctors are targeted the most.

The Food pyramid of my youth, what I was raised on is totally upside down. They lied to us, making us fat, sick and dumb.

This is my health journey and I invite you along…

  • How I got the Hernia

    The Hernia Blues

I was just trying to help my neighbor, but it ended up hurting me instead. Her dog couldn’t get up the steps in our office complex, and the elevator was out. It was the ice storm of 2021 in Lake Oswego, Oregon, at the Mountain Park Plaza complex, right across the street from PCC. I moved in there, up on the 3rd floor, so I could hold some freedom meetings. This was all during the Covid Lockdowns. Lake Oswego was the wealthiest suburb of Portland, Oregon just south of PDX about 20 miles.

I could fit 50 people into my office, it was about 2500 square feet. We filled it up with people quite a few times. I had quite a few Freedom/People’s Rights gatherings there during the COVID lockdowns of 2020-21 when I lived there.

Then we got that ice storm in January of 2021, was it government weather engineering? We still had nightly riots back then in downtown Portland. Life was surreal. And there was my neighbor, trying to drag her dog up the steps. The elevator was down.

The dog was whining and did not want to go. Heck it could not go, because her hips were not exactly working perfect. She had trouble walking much less getting up the steps! This dog was old and it was pretty fat too.

The lady was crying too, as i entered the stairwell. There they were, crying the both of them, my neighbor and her dog.  I offered to help. I was feeling strong! I offered to help her and her dog.

“Let me carry her up the steps. I can do it.” I exclaimed.

“Are you sure,” the lady warned me, “she is really heavy.”

I was confident, the dog looked big, sure, but I was a big strong guy, wrestling and doing Jiu Jitsu still. Surely I could carry the pooch up 2 flights of steps. The dog wasn’t as heavy as my wrestling buddy Joshua Jones.

So I did it, I picked that dog up, and I lifted smart too, just like I was taught in wrestling practice. And that’s when I felt the muscle rip, my abdomen muscle, and it was that moment i got my first hernia. May it be the last too, because this is my story of how I heal it naturally…

… this is part 1; the injury. Now you know how it happened. My next chapter will be my healing journey, stay tuned. I’m healing it naturally. I refuse to let the white coats cut into my skin.

    Stay tuned…

  • How I Healed the Hernia

In August of 2023, I discovered how to heal the hernia I was suffering from for the past 2 and a half years. A healer by the name of Darko Velcek posted a video to his YouTube channel titled “Heal your Hernia,” and it changed my life. Here is the link: http://youtube.com/watch?v=mEmRNM8-nUw

The video that started it all…

I give Darko full credit for my knowledge and this site is a dedication to his work. If this web page is helpful, please send thanks and/or donations to Darko Velcek. You can find his donation links on his web site: https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/ In addition I encourage you to get to know Darko yourself. He has inspired me to heal, and share my journey with others too.

As it turns out, healing a hernia is actually very simple, to hydrate the body with water and sea salt, and also eat correctly, mostly meat, as raw as possible. Yet, the doctors will tell us the only cure for hernia is surgery. Surely the medical schools would know this, what am I smarter than the hospitals? It would seem so. Either that or they are corrupted to the core/dishonest/criminal and they have no interest in our health.

Perhaps I should get angry about it, but i know this won’t help the hernia heal, not to mention all the other health issues I surely have due to severe dehydration. I’m very happy I found the cure at last! I’ve been searching for 2 and a half years!

Who would’ve guessed that a hernia is a symptom of cellular dehydration? Certainly not me, I thought it was just an injury, torn muscle that needed to heal. And then, who could have guessed the Hernia could be healed by simply drinking sea salt water, and correcting my diet, eating properly.

Instead of surgery, I hydrated, with sea salt water + carnivore, as raw as possible. I also used the Bob Beck blood electrifier for the first 6 months on SHP. Darko mentioned that it sped up the healing process, so I gave it a shot.

I’d been battling that inguinal hernia for 2.5 years, and it just kept getting worse and worse! Not even rest was helping, and the hernia kept growing. I tried to strengthen the abdomen muscles, but it just seemed to make it grow bigger. The more I exercised, the worse it got, even rest seemed to make it grow.

I knew i didn’t want surgery because i just don’t trust the doctors, but most everyone I talked to said it was the only way; we just can’t heal a hernia on our own; once the abdomen muscle tears, the only option was medical intervention. They insert a mesh into the muscle with surgery, the mesh supposedly holds the muscle so the intestines don’t pop through.

In hindsight, the inguinal hernia was a Godsend in many ways, an eye opener to how my body operates. At first, the hernia was debilitating, then I learned how to heal it naturally. As it turns out, hernias are a symptom of deep cellular dehydration, uber dehydrated muscle cells that become brittle and weak.

On my path to healing, before the hernia was healed, I became acutely aware of which substances caused the hernia to enflame. After consuming said substances, within minutes, my intestines would pop out through my abdomen wall. On the days I did not consume these substances, my intestines would not pop out at all, as my abdomen muscle walls held strong.

The 2 worst substances that caused the most symptoms were:

    1. Smoking cannabis
    2. Drinking carbonated water

Other substances such as coffee and alcohol also caused issues, just not to the degree of smoking pot, or drinking carbonated beverages.

Now the hernia is healed, I can smoke weed or drink carbonated beverages without symptoms, unless I do it on the daily, then the symptoms return, I can feel the hernia coming back.

Smoking pot, and drinking carbonated beverages are 2 of the worst things for my body, they dehydrate my cells in a very big way. I’m guessing they dehydrate you too! I thought you all should know. ✌️❤️
